Wow Ben Amir and the installation team were fantastic. I had a previous company who provided a quote for additional panels and a battery. It’s a long story so I’ll... read more try and keep it short they delivered the wrong panels twice, 8 attempts to install, 1 site visit to assess the new location for the panels and then the same person decided they couldn’t install as the roof was too steep so I ended up with only a battery including that it took them over 3 months to put the cover over the battery. All up it took over 6 months. It took me 6 months to build the courage to contact another business. I called Astra Solar and insisted on a site visit. Ben came over and I told him I just wanted him to be honest on whether additional panels were possible. Ben had a look at the original carport location and confirmed it wasn’t possible. Ben told me my steep roof was possible. True to his word Ben had my new solar panels installed and up and running in record time. I never once had to chase Ben and he always kept me updated (unlike the previous company). I’d also like to give a shout out to the installation team who were fantastic. If you want a seamless Solar installation or your roof is problematic contact Ben. Astra Solar have a 5 star rating and it’s well deserved. Thanks again Ben and the team!
